Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA): Fund board serving to cover the costs of requested supplies, ports and mooring charges, diesel and petrol fuel, reservation fees, crew gratuities, extras, alcohol, rental water toys, program activities on islands, etc.. All depending on the clients particular request of services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Skipper will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of your charter clients will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs were spent. APA is not an all-inclusive package. APA is a credit which can be spent to zero with demanding clients in 2-3 days and need to be recharged by the clients. For demanding clients we suggest to upgrade APA credit to double. APA will be accounted as “money on transfer” in accordance with the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 3 of the Croatia VAT Act. For APA we will provide client / agency a separate special IBAN LT663250075601532907. For APA service will be charge bank and manipulation fee 1%.
